1. How long will it take to get my Har-Vest?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt M-F. NOTE: Custom embroidery can take up to TWO additional weeks but can be expedited for an additional RUSH fee. Email for more info.

2. What colors does Har-Vest come in?

3. I'm having trouble figuring out the measurements of my dog. How do I decide what size to select?

If you follow the Measuring Directions and get the measurements with your dog standing calmly, it shouldn't be too difficult.

General guidelines are as follows:

If you dog is narrow chested, that refers to the (N) or narrow o-ring
If your dog is average, that refers to the (A) or average 0-ring
If you dog is broad chested, that refers to the (B) or broad 0-ring.

4. I've had my Har-Vest for almost a year and one of my straps broke. How do I replace it?

Extra straps, any size or type, are $6 each or $15 per set of 3. Please email your specific request for replacement parts.

If for any reason a strap breaks through manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a free replacement strap. However, if through regular wear and tear or your dog ate it, you'll have to pay!
